Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account data: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in) and the profile you build in the app (company identifiers such as UEI, NAICS focus, tracked items, notes, and preferences). Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store your plan and a Stripe customer reference, never card numbers. Waitlist signups: email, and an anonymized (hashed) network identifier used only to limit abuse. Basic operational logs (errors, timestamps) to keep the service running.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party ads. We do not use your private inputs (your pipeline, notes, or entity list) to inform any other customer's results. Company-level data displayed in the product comes from public government records, not from other users.
3. How data is processed
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email such as sign-in links and briefings). Optional AI features send the relevant public-record text to a model provider to generate summaries; your account credentials are never included. Each processor receives only what it needs.
4. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. No cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Email support@incumbint.com to delete your account; we remove your profile, tracked items, and briefing history within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal purposes (such as invoices held by Stripe).
6. Your choices and contact
You can unsubscribe from the daily briefing in Settings at any time; sign-in emails are required for the service to work. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; email us and we will honor them. Material changes to this policy will be announced in the app or by email. The responsible entity is Reticle LLC, operating as IncumbINT. Contact: support@incumbint.com.
